About Requad Holding B.V.
We are a consultancy built around one obligation: the UFI code and the PCN dossier every hazardous mixture needs before it reaches the EU market. We do not offer general CLP consulting alongside it — this is the whole practice.
One specialisation
Most companies that come to us are not short on regulatory advice in general — they are short on someone who has assigned a thousand UFIs and knows where a dossier gets rejected before it happens. We stayed narrow on purpose: composition review, UFI assignment, EuPCS categorisation, the IUCLID build and the submission itself, plus the updates that follow. Annex VIII is a specific, technical obligation, and we treat it as one rather than folding it into broader safety-data-sheet or classification-and-labelling work.
How we work
Every dossier goes through the same checks before it is submitted, not just the ones a given case happens to bring to mind. We confirm the classification, check every declared concentration range against Annex VIII, choose the EuPCS category on the product's actual use rather than the nearest-sounding entry on the list, and run the IUCLID export through validation ourselves before it reaches ECHA. A dossier we submit is one we have already checked for the errors that cause a rejection.

We are an independent consultancy: not part of ECHA, not tied to a single software vendor, and not paid by any member state's appointed body. Our only commercial relationship on a given file is with the company that hired us to get its dossier submitted.
